All tickets are offered subject to availability and to this Purchase and Refund Policy. When you place an order for tickets through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase tickets which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

You must provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process, including your name, email address, and payment details.

3. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

The price of tickets and services will be as quoted on the Site at the time you place your order. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

In addition to the ticket face value, prices may include booking fees, transaction fees, or other service charges. These fees will be clearly itemized before you complete your purchase.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

All payment transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer or payment provider. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

6. Refund Policy

General Stance: As a general rule, all ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or as required by applicable law. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled by the artist, promoter, or venue, you will typically be entitled to a full refund of the ticket's face value. Any booking fees or transaction fees may be non-refundable, and this will be communicated at the time of the refund announcement. We will notify ticket holders of a cancellation and the refund procedure via email or a notice on our Site.

Event Postponements/Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original tickets will usually be valid for the new date. We will notify you of the new date and any options available. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund of the ticket's face value may be offered, at the discretion of the event organizer or as required by law. Specific instructions will be provided in such cases.

Other Circumstances: Refunds or exchanges outside of event cancellations or postponements are generally not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, inability to attend, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the event. Any exceptions to this are at the sole discretion of QUİTELOUD PRODUCTIONS PVT LIMITED and/or the event organizers.

Non-Refundable Items: Unless otherwise specified, certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Service fees, booking fees, or transaction charges.
  • Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
  • Merchandise or add-ons purchased alongside tickets (unless faulty).

7. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

Failure to follow the prescribed refund request procedure or to request a refund within the specified timeframe may result in your inability to receive a refund.

8. Processing Time for Refunds

This can vary depending on the payment provider and banking institutions (typically 5-10 business days, but may take longer).
